I’m Christa Jackson, a nurse and skilled nursing admissions leader with years of experience in central intake, census growth, referral conversion, hospital communication, and team leadership.

Working as a nurse gave me a strong clinical foundation, and working in admissions taught me how important it is to connect clinical needs with fast, clear operational decisions. Referrals come in, barriers change, hospitals need answers, families have questions, teams need direction, and census never stops being a priority.

Over time, I realized that many of the tools admissions teams need are being recreated over and over again. So I started putting together the practical worksheets, trackers, scripts, meeting tools, and leadership resources I use in real-world admissions work.

My goal is simple: create resources that are clear, practical, and actually useful—not just something that looks good on paper.
